How Do I Pay?
White Rhino accepts E-transfer payments. Please pay once you confirm your order has gone through (you must confirm on the final checkout page). To confirm your order has gone through, you can check your email to ensure you received an invoice. Once you have an invoice, please go through the instructions for the E-transfer or follow the instructions below:
1. Please arrange for an e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. We have auto-deposit setup so you should not need to enter a password
3. If you are required to enter a password, please make the question: “what was the password I provided you with?” and the password: WhiteRhinoCanada
Do You Use Canada Post?
Yes, all of our orders are sent via Canada Post. We do require a signature, so you will either have to provide one upon delivery, or pick up your order from your local post office.
How Old Do I Have To Be To Order?
We check ID to ensure you are of legal age according to your province.
What Happens If I Don’t Receive My Order?
Please email us if you have any issues in receiving your order. You can send an email to email@example.com and provide your name and order number and we will help look into it for you. Please do note times of delays due to Canada Post backlogs, etc.
Can I Request A Refund?
White Rhino Extracts has a 30 Day refund policy. If your product is defective we will replace it free of charge.
Do Your Products Contain Additives Or Chemicals?
Our Products are all sourced locally and made in-house and contain no toxins or additives. If you have any specific product ingredient questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we assist you further with details.
Can I Cancel Or Change My Order Once It Has Been Placed?
You can email us at email@example.com if your order has not yet been packed, we can try to assist you with any necessary changes to your order.
Do You Ship Outside Of Canada?
We only ship within Canada via Canada Post.
